Shipping & Delivery
We ship from the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched via tracked services to ensure your fragrances arrive safely.
Free shipping on all orders of £50 and over — applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. During busy periods, please allow 1–2 additional business days for dispatch.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. OPScents is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All of our fragrance oils are personal care products that come into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned items once they have left our facility — regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.
We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, please don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to help you find the right scent.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
